PLANNING 10
Planning 10 is a required course for students in British Columbia and is mandatory for high school graduation. It is designed to help prepare students for the future that awaits them after high school, as well as identify students’ strengths and areas requiring further growth. Planning 10 also explores many issues that affect young people through a variety of activities, such as journaling, videos, presentations, skits, role playing, and guest speakers.
The aim of Planning 10 is to enable students to develop the skills they need to become self-directed individuals who set goals, make thoughtful decisions and take responsibility for pursuing their goals throughout life.
